I Felt a Kick!

Well, it wasn't quite as dramatic as that picture but last night as we slept, Angela was pushed up against my side and I felt something odd. I woke up instantly. It was about 3:30 AM. I thought, nah, it couldn't be, then there was another one. It wasn't very hard at all, Angela was still sleeping. I felt 2 or 3 more than Angela shifted and I didn't feel it anymore. I woke her up to tell her about it but we didn't feel it anymore. We are only at week 14 1/2 and Angela says we are about 2 or 3 weeks early from when they say you should feel the baby's moving but I'm telling you I felt a baby. It was really cool.

I'm not sure I'll think it's too cool if the little guys or girls continue to wake me up for the next 4 months but last night it was pretty freakin cool.

  1. With three of them in there, I'm sure you did feel one or two or all three of them. They've got more cramped quarters than if there was only one in there. That's really cool! I can't believe she's already 14.5 weeks along. Time is flying by fast.

You are guaranteed to be woken up by them for the next 4 months plus a year or two. Enjoy your sleep while you can. :)

  2. Yea, I keep getting told that I should enjoy sleep now. I keep wondering, can it be worse than now? I wake up every few hours with a different worry, last nights worry was - what if all 3 of them get tired of always being in the same classes with their siblings? Silly I know, but it's how my brain works.
