It's the Great Pumpkin, Little Newhouses

The last couple of months have been pretty crazy around here. Bob and I are still wondering if we are going to be moving out west and have taken a couple of trips to Portland, OR, Reno, NV, & Modesto, CA. A couple of days ago, Bob's boss told him to stay put for the holidays, so we may or may not be moving afterwards. Lots of ups and downs on our emotional rollercoaster, but despite it all, Bob and I have been having a great time with the kids. We've been to the Pumpkin Patch, the State Fair, the Air Show, and all kinds of other outings. At the beginning of October, we went to the pumpkin patch. The boys had a fantastic time.
Ryan & Michael took a ride in the wagon. James didn't have much time for the wagon other than to pull it.
James surveys the patch looking for a way out.
Ryan rolls around a few pumpkins. He really liked attempting to eat them.
James & Ryan check out Buzz Lightyear & move on to the next.
Running Ryan.
Michael and Charlie Brown.
James and Daddy hang out with good ole Charlie Brown. No sign of Linus or the Great Pumpkin.
Aunt Faith and her latest boyfriend.
Time to touch pumpkins.
Ryan spots something fun to do in the distance.
Makin' their way through the patch.
What a cute family.
Aunt Faith in jail. Right where she belongs for her crimes of listening to Justin Bieber.
Michael tries to escape under the watchful eyes of Papa Joe.
Little Jailbirds, every one.

  1. What's this about Faith listening to Justin Bieber?! Say it isn't so!

I can't believe I never to the pacifier clips for the kids. GENIUS!

It looks like you all had a great time at the pumpkin patch. I felt like I was there right along with you. Thanks for sharing the experience!
